Refunds checks approved from president October 2022. I did not get one yet for $250 since I am single. How come I have not recieved one?

You are probably referring to state rebate checks most of which will be given out in Oct-Nov. Google rebate checks for your state. 

Please explain more.   What refund check are you asking about?   There are no federal stimulus checks for 2022.   Are you referring to some sort of state refund?  What state are you in?

There is no refund, credit or rebate coming from the IRS and nothing has been approved by "the President."  Several states are issuing rebates, you need to check with your state tax office.
