Refund was excepted, yet isn't showing as a pending balance on my card nor have i gotten the email saying it was sent but its suppose to be on my card today? i don't think I'll be using TurboTax in th

I will be going with another company. I have a pending charge for almost a month and they haven't released my money back to my card. I've contacted the 3 time via email and no response. I can't speak to a live person to save my life. They're card is trash.

You will only find out the status of your refund by going to the IRS site.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

I got all of that. It's still trash. Never using it again. I'll stick with Tax Hawk and Netspend. I never have problems. Oh I think you forgot to read when I said they have not released a pending charge yet. It's been almost 30 days. Not able to contact an actual human. Now everybody is getting their refunds early. Meanwhile, turbotax prepaid are delayed.
