Refund said $4,xxx before. After ammending with 8962 and 1095-a it says refund $891 on turbo tax. Is that additional or did it go down by a lot?

This amount is in addition to your original payment or refund shown on your originally filed tax return.

When you amend your return the refund meter is reset and may show odd numbers until all of your changes are entered. When you are done with your changes, the refund meter shows any additional amount owed or that should be refunded to you.
