Refund Missing 2,000 and IRS says I have no offsets or debts

I filed with TuboTax and I was supposed to receive 4,000 in a refund. I only received 2,000 and when I called the IRS they said I had no offsets and debts from anything. I have no children so it’s not the child credit everyone is talking about. I even missed a stimulus payment last year and stated so on my taxes. I have no delinquent student loans and I do not pay state taxes because of my state of residency. Turbo tax still says I should be receiving 4,000 as a return like last year but the IRS is only giving me 2,000. Making me question if TurboTax is laundering money and stealing from their filers with the excuse of hidden fees. No fee is 2,000. So what is going on TurboTax? I’ve had tons of people come forward and say that the same thing is happening to them this year filing with you.

Why is my direct-deposited refund or check lower than the amount in TurboTax?

Why is My Tax Refund Not What I Expected

The third Economic Impact Payment of $1400 per person was sent out in March of 2021. The IRS may be saying you got it and are asking for it again on you return.
