Refund For TurboTax Filing Fees

I was informed by the IRS that TurboTax is not legally allowed to charged customers fees to file their taxes if your AGI is less than $34,000 (less for some prior years)

Turbo Tax has charged me for the last five years, although my AGI was much less than that threshold.
Who do I contact at TurboTax to request a refund for these fees that were incorrectly charged to me?

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Use this website to contact TurboTax support during business hours - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/
Support can also be reached by messaging them on these pages https://www.facebook.com/turbotax/ and https://twitter.com/TeamTurboTax

Did you use the Free File website?  That is different than the regular Free Edition.  Next year look for that one.

The Turbo Tax Free File program is free for federal and state.

To qualify for the Free File website  you just need to meet one of these 3 things.

AGI $36,000 or less.

Active duty military with AGI of $69,000 or less

OR qualify for EIC (earned income credit.)

In order to use the Free File program, you had to start it at a special website at
