Recovery rebate credit changed from 1800 to 600

I finally got my return back but he IRS changed my recovery rebate from 1,800 to 600 .I really dont understand why. I did not receive any stimulus money at all in 2020. I received a letter in the mail saying that they changed it but no explanation why. Any Ideas why they would do this?

The IRS is clearly saying you DID GET  the first stimulus payment of $1200 in advance last year  ...  if you did not then have a trace put on it ...
