Recheck Entry - Form 5329-T, response to CatinaT1

CatinaT1's email gave me the same instructions given by Dana. Catina said my token was not received. I sent the diagnostic file twice and just sent it a third time. This last time the Token = 1204960. How am I supposed to get the token to you? I have the CD/Download for Windows Deluxe TurboTax. You said in the email to "Write down or send an image of your token number then place in this issue." I don't understand that sentence. How to I send an image of the token number? What is meant by place in this issue? What issue? Issue of this post? It's very frustrating that I can not reply to the emails TurboTax sends. They give me an error: can not be delivered.

Please reply to this post and clarify...
