NO ... first you must correct the return (NOT amend) so it reflects the changes the IRS made and only then should you start the amendment process.
If you have not yet done anything log in and scroll down and click on ADD A STATE to open the return then make the needed changes so the refund you actually got is the same as it is on the corrected 1040. Once that is accomplished then complete the FILE tab and pick to mail in the return.
Now you can click on the amendment option at the bottom of the home screen.
