Received letter 0012c, it said to send 1095-A and form 8962. It says do not send 1040X. Some people send newly computed 1040's also? MY letter doesnt say to do that. help

This is correct.  This letter from the IRS only needs those two forms.  While you will need to do an "amend" in TurboTax in order to produce the 8962, you will not need to send the 1040X.  The IRS will calculate the remaining refund (adding to it or subtracting from it) based on the results from the form.  You will only need to send the page from the letter the IRS is asking for, a copy of the 1095-A (Marketplace Health Insurance Information), and the 8962, which calculates the credit. The IRS will do the rest.
