Received a K-form after my taxes were submitted. Where is the electronic form located so I can complete an addendum to my 2023 taxes?

K form is suspected to be simple. I would like to file online, but cannot locate the form to do so. My tax rep will not give me the form, but has no problem charging me for them to do it. My taxes were quite simple: 1 state, some interest, 3 employers

Did you use TurboTax to prepare your return?  You mention a tax preparer.   (..my tax rep..")

CAN I USE TURBOTAX TO AMEND IF THE RETURN WAS PREPARED SOMEWHERE ELSE?

If you did not use TurboTax to prepare your tax return, it is possible to amend the return using TurboTax but it will really be a pain.  It would be better to use the software or service used to file originally.  If a paid preparer made a mistake on your tax return, that tax preparer should do the amended return for you at no charge.

In order to use TurboTax to amend your return, you need to purchase the desktop software for the tax year and re-create the return EXACTLY as it appeared when it was filed with the IRS/states.  Every line has to be the same.  Then you have to "trick" the software into thinking you filed by saying you will mail the return. (but do not mail it)   AFTER that, you use the software to prepare a Form 1040X, which has to be printed, signed and mailed to the IRS.  It takes the IRS about 6 -9 months to process an amended return

You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.

I assume that when you say "K-form" you mean a Schedule K-1. There is no specific single form for adding Schedule K-1 information to your tax return. That's why you can't find a form, and your tax preparer can't give you a form. The Schedule K-1 information doesn't all go on one form. The various items from the Schedule K-1 have to be entered in different places on your tax return. It's best to use software to do this, or have your professional tax preparer do it.

And you can't just prepare an "addendum" to your tax return. You have to file an amended return on a special form, Form 1040-X, which involves recalculating your entire tax return. Again, it's best to use software for that, or have your professional tax preparer do it.

You said "My taxes were quite simple."

"Were" is the right word. Your taxes are no longer simple.
