Received 1099DIV after I filed, only $23 of dividends

I received 1099DIV after I filed, only $23 of dividends. Is it worth my effort or the IRS's effort for me to file amended return when total tax is probably only $5-6?

No, it probably is not. You can wait to see if you get a notice from the IRS and pay the amount if billed.
