Receive IRS notice CP21B

I filed my tax return a month ago and scheduled to pay tax due through my bank account. However, I just received notice CP21B from IRS that there's a change in my 1040 form because of recent tax laws, rulings, or regulations. Instead of paying tax due, I'll receive a refund. So what should I do with payment is pending in my bank account now? Do I need to call IRS to get my money back?

Call IRS e-file Payment Services 24/7 at 1-888-353-4537 to inquire about or cancel your payment.

Thanks for your reply. I called them but they gave me another number to call. They can't cancel it.
