Did the IRS send you a letter asking for the 1095-A & form 8962?  If so that was all you needed to send by mail or fax.   If you did mail in an amended return BEFORE the original return was processed then you will be in for a long long wait ... it is estimated that amended returns will take 6 months to process this year due to the Covid shut down.
