Purchase Refund

My refund has not been processed yet. The chat support team informed me that if I cancel on the same day of signing up, the refund process will start automatically. However, it has been a few days, and I haven't observed any progress. I canceled within a few minutes of realizing that I mistakenly paid for a new account instead of an existing one. I appreciate your assistance in expediting the refund process.

Billing and refund issues cannot be handled on this forum.  You will need to contact TurboTax support.  When contacting support use the key words Billing Issue.

Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday
