Proof of filing desktop when computer is unavailable?

I need to prove date of filing from desktop TurboTax. However I no longer have access to the PDFs or the computer I used to file. Audit defense says I can call TurboTax generate the proof however all the phone numbers I have tried have not gotten me to a live person yet. Is there a way to ask this question or a different number?

Thanks!!

When you e-file a federal tax return TurboTax sends you two emails.  The first email has the date and time the tax return was transmitted and the second email has the date the IRS either Accepted or Rejected your federal tax return.  Look in your email account and also check the junk or spam folders of the account.

proof of filing comes from the dates shown on your records with the IRS in your online account there.

An IRS transcript should be sufficient.

Excellent response, thank you. I found those emails. But it does not have the MCN (?) number?

The MCN would only be available from TurboTax support.  No document provided by TurboTax that would be included with your tax return would have that number.
