Log in to your Online TurboTax. Near the bottom of the left column menu select to go to Intuit Account. Then once you are in the Intuit Account, in the left menu column go to the tab Sign In and Security. Then you can make any change to your email address there. Once you change it, if there is a tiny link that says it isn't verified, you can choose to verify it. It may then send you a link or code to that email address to verify with.
