Please help it's been 36 days since I filed and 34 days since my taxes where accepted but now all of sudden my info doesn't match records and turbo tax can't show either

Try calling the WMR automated hotline 1-800-829-1954 instead as Where's My Refund can sometimes give incorrect errors.

Would you please clarify what you mean by TurboTax can't show either?
