Password on my 2022 tax return

Need to amend my 2022 taxes but when trying to open my return it's asking for a password. I do not remember setting a password. When I click on "Forgot Password" instead of a question to answer it just brings up a series of strange characters. Any suggestions?

If you completed your return using TurboTax Desktop, you may have set up a keychain password and don't remember it. If this is the case, please see the FAQ link provided below for assistance. If it's not a keychain password that the system is referring to, please respond back here and let us know:
