Paper File Tax Return Accepted

I submitted a paper filed tax return because Turbo Tax did not have the needed form from the IRS available.  This is the first year that i did not use e-file for my taxes.  The form was received at the IRS because I can see the tax transcript on the IRS account web site.  How will I know if the tax form is 'accepted' rather than just received.  The transcript shows a processed date.  I wish there were some simple status indicator so I knew when the form went from 'received' to 'processed' to accepted.  Thank you in advance for any insight on when I can close the books on the 2018 return.

Unless they return the paper return OR  send a letter to reject it for some reason the return is presumed to be accepted.   If you had a refund then it will be sent, if you had a balance due you need to pay it and if you have neither it doesn't matter one way or the other.
