Paid for turbo tax live, never used it and solved the problem myself because of the wait, want that money refunded

I would like the amount I paid for the live assistance refunded as I never used the services because of their wait time.

You will need to call customer service at (800) 446-8848, but you are unlikely to be successful because you changed your mind.
