On TurboTax it's says accepted, but on the "where's my refund" sites it's "still being processed"?

Why does the TurboTax website say the tax returns are accepted, but on IRS2Go app and Indiana Department of Revenue website says still being processed?

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

As of this morning mine has the message 'still being processed' as well. I filed 01/20/2022.  I wonder what the difference is between 'being processed' and 'still being processed'? 🤔

Mine said still being processed until yesterday.  This morning updated to "approved" with a DD date of 2/8.  Take heart.
