On the IRS "Get My Payment" site, mine says "Status - Not Available". After reading articles about your service and the IRS screwup, what's happening with my payment?

My wife's status shows a check being mailed, and my status is 'Status - not available". We filed a joint return on TurboTax for the past 8 years. What happened that ours are now all screwed up? I really don't want the blah-blah-blah answers I am seeing on your site and on your Facebook page. I would just like a real, straight answer. What happened, and what is being done about it?
