On the Federal Form when I print it , it has on it "DO NOT FILE FORM NOT FINAL' but it doesn't tell me why is not final?

There must be forms in your return that have yet to be finalized by the IRS.

Once finalized by the IRS, TurboTax will update, then your return will be able to be e-filed and be printable/downloadable without "DO NOT FILE" over them.
