On my 2015 tax return my CPA posted 1 exemption. My refund was around $700 fed and $200 state. However, on my TurboTax return I don't see where I put in an exemption, and my refund is significantly less. Please advise.

Can you be claimed as a dependent on someone else's return? If yes, then you don't qualify for an exemption.  If the answer is "no" then the program should put in an exemption for you. To make changes relating to this, go back to the Personal Info tab and go through the questions.
