Ok my actc is under some review and now the covid19 is shutting the country down when will i get my actc and will it come with my actual refund????

Additional child tax credit is a part of your tax refund.  It does not come as a separate refund.  If you are getting ACTC it will be part of your total tax refund when that refund is issued.
