NYS E-file Pending Status for "Received by NY"

I e-filed my tax returns 1 week ago, my federal return has been accepted on the same day. However, my NYS return is showing "Pending" for "Received by New York Status". Does it mean TT have not transmitted my return to NYS? What can I do here...

Pending just means that is has not been accepted or rejected as of yet. It will normally stay pending until it's being processed. For more information on the status of your state return please see the FAQ link posted below:
