I am trying to pay for turbo tax services with my American Based financial intitution American Express card. the error is "shippinginfoModel.state(value:) must be between 2 and 2." I have checked my address on file, it matches. Everything is correct and active, why will it not take my card? It is the only card I have and refund deduction is not an option overseas.
