Hello, this is my first time using TurboTax and I was charged a fee to get my taxes back in 21 days and I still have not received my taxes because the IRS thought it may have been fraud so I called them and had to prove my identity and I'm still waiting on my refund so that is the reason I'm not satisfied. So i was wondering if I still have to pay the amount TurboTax charged me to file since I still have not received nothing, it's been over 60 days since I've filed.

The fee you paid was to prepare your taxes with TurboTax , not to get your refund in 21 days. While most customers receive their refund in 21 days this is not always the case if the IRS delays processing as it sounds like they did in your case. At this point we would recommend contacting the IRS to inquire about the status of your refund. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
