Not allowed to check direct deposit on VT state taxes and complete. Is this something that is not yet available and how do I get help with this?

VT State taxes getting message that I cannot select direct deposit when I have in the past, how do I use direct deposit option?

What happens when you try to select direct deposit? Does it simply not work, or do you get a message?
