No response from the IRS for electronically-filed tax return

Good Morning,

 

I filed my federal and state tax returns via TurboTax on Sunday January 31, 2021.  I have yet to receive confirmation from the IRS that my file was transmitted and accepted.  Is there anything I can do at this time to get the IRS to accept my return?

You will have to wait for the IRS to start accepting or rejecting 2020 tax returns on February 12, 2021

Thank you.  I was not aware that the IRS was not accepting returns until February 12.  I appreciate the information.
