No option to cancel account on Phone line- All info says to go there to cancel, but not an option

Truly upset with trying to pay and cancel this.

Everything says to go to phone number to cancel account after zeroing out balance and it is not even an option!!!

Truly upset with the lack of thought for capability and user interface.

This looks like another lawsuit waiting to happen.

 

Can I PLEASE just talk to someone and cancel this.

   I am trying to cancel this account for the Turbo Card that the refund was received on in connection with Green Dot bank... everything sends me to the phone number to cancel which is [phone number removed], but cancelling is not even an option

I am having the same problem with trying to reach a person for assistance! Automated system is telling me there is a block on the card, but there is no information provided on how to get the block off! I keep getting caught up in an endless loop of call the number on the back of the card, which it only gives the same one I called in the first place.  When I get through to try to speak to someone in the fraud department, the hold is hours long and I never get to speak to anyone.  I also finally sent an email to the fraud department and hope I get a response within the 48 hours they promise. I had the initial card replaced and the same thing happened!  Absolutely poor service!! First and last time I will ever get a turbo card for a tax return!
