No MA tax return required except to get refund of withholding.

I plan to file MA return on my own. I did file using TurboTax data last year.

To get a refund of withholding, you still need to file a MA tax return. If you don't want to use TurboTax, you can get MA forms here: http://www.mass.gov/dor/forms/personal-income/
