From the old computer copy the TurboTax folder located in the Documents directory to the new computer TurboTax folder in the Documents directory.

The tag below your question indicates that you are using TurboTax Online. For 2014 through 2020 did you use TurboTax Online or the CD/Download TurboTax software?
If you used TurboTax Online, the tax returns are not on your computer. They are saved at TurboTax, but only for the last 7 years. You can sign in to your TurboTax Online account from any computer and your information will be there. Make sure you sign in with the same user ID that you used when you did the tax returns.
If you used the CD/Download TurboTax software each tax return is saved in a file ending with .tax20yy. By default they are saved in the TurboTax folder, but you could have saved them in a different folder. The only way to open a .tax20yy file is with the CD/Download TurboTax software for the specific year, but you will not be able to install the software for 2019 or earlier on your new computer. Hopefully you saved each year's tax return as a PDF. You can copy the PDF files to your new computer and view or print them with Acrobat Reader or another PDF reader.
To transfer the information from prior years when you start your 2023 tax return you need only the .tax2022 data file. You do not need any of the earlier years, and you do not need to have the 2022 TurboTax software installed.
