Need to amend taxes. Stimulas bill passed first $10,200 unemployment not taxable

Hasn't been passed yet and the IRS need to write the regulations and forms, to do that.     Could take months.

Let’s hope it doesn’t take the IRS months since the stimulas bill has passed.  There must be many taxpayers who already paid taxes 2020  that the stimulas bill passed will give them credit and would help many on EDD reduce taxes owed as well as dependent credits fr 2019 taxes.
