Nebraska online tax tracker said the payment was sent to my account on Feb 4. 2022, I haven't received it yet why and when can I expect payment?

I E filed , with turbo tax I haven't received fed return nor was my state refunded and the states website says they sent payment to the account I gave them ? I called them they said to contact you.
