My wife SS hasnt arrived in the mail yet and i dont know what to insert

it say to mail, but mail what

We cannot tell what you mean.   Do you mean that your wife is waiting for a Social Security card?   Or is she waiting to get a SSA1099 that shows the income she received from Social Security in 2020?    What are you trying to do?
