My wife and I have filed our taxes jointly. I filed single for 2022 and don't know how to update my current TurboTax account to notify it that I have filed for 2023.

You can't.  Just ignore your old account and any emails you get reminding you to file from it.  Use the new Joint account going forward.

You do not have to notify your account that you filed.   It sounds like you filed your joint return using your spouse's account, or maybe started a new account for the joint return.  Either way is just fine.   If your "old" account starts generating emails reminding you to file, etc., you can just ignore the emails.

In addition to the great advice offered in the above comments, please keep your old login for 2022.  If you ever need to access your 2022 you can log back into that account.  @nasadollar

Heck...if your prior year(s) of files are in a separate old account....get in there and download all years available as PDF files now.......stuff happens, you forget the pwd, TTX changes their login requirements...you change your email address, or cell phone number for 2FA  anything can happen.........and TTX only keeps them for up-to 7 years.

After you download them, make backups!!!... copy the PDF files to a USB memory stick and save it in a file  cabinet...or in a bank safe-deposit box.
