My wife and I are disabled and had to move due to cost of living paid over 3300 in moving expenses and forgot to add on my expenses can I amend my taxes now?

Under the tax reform law that was passed in 2017, there is no tax deduction for any moving expenses for 2018 through 2025 unless you are active-duty military and moving in connection with a permanent change of station.

Moving expenses are not deductible on a federal tax return unless you are active military and are on Permanent Change of Stations orders.
