My WI state refund amount is different to what i filed

If the state changed your refund they will send you a letter of explanation.  TurboTax does not receive any feedback or information when the state changes anything--it could be that you owed back taxes or traffic fines in the state, or child support, etc.

It also could be that they corrected a data entry error on your return.
