My was deposited by TPG Products SBTPG LLC, It was $192 dollars shorter than my actual refund amount due to fees taken out. I did not sign for a 3rd party refund fee.

I have seen other posts where this has been an ongoing issue this year. I just want to know when or how do I get the rest of my refund?

your choices were to pay your fees with a credit card before e-filing or by having your fees being taken out of your refund. if you didn't pay with a CC then you unknowingly agreed for the fees to be taken out of your refund.
