My Virginia return was accepted on the 10th of February but when I go to the state site and plug in my information, they say they have not received it. Any ideas?

I live in and prepare taxes in Virginia. The site is not working correctly like it has in the past. The state refunds are very, very slow this year because the legislature was late in deciding what parts of the tax reform laws they were going to recognize. I am getting calls/emails on this daily and you just have to be patient. In the past, Virginia has always been faster than the IRS with their refunds, but definitely not this year.
