My taxes were fraudulently filed by a stranger who stole my purse with my info and have just gotten it back and I need you to cancel my tax return

A tax return once filed and accepted cannot be cancelled.  How would you know that it was even filed using Turbo Tax?

 

All you can do is mail file your own tax return if a fake return has been filed using your SSN and yours reject.
