My taxes went to someone else's account! They received my tax return. When i learned that my 3rd stim was going there-my attempts failed to prevent that...suggestions?

My turbo was broken into by someone i thought i knew...they made it where my return went into their account

When i learned the stim was going there i contacted the irs and turbo tax...my 3rd stim was not received by me

How do i receive my 4th and recover stollen funds?

First, there is no 4th stimulus payment yet, only a proposal.

 

Since you seem to know the identity of the culprit, immediately file a police report.  Then notify the IRS and your state of Identity Theft, freeze your credit accounts, etc. Since this person now has your SSN, you could have other problems than just income taxes.
