My tax returns have been on hold while IRS completes "some" forms..My taxes are NOT that difficult. What forms are holding up my FED returns

Most forms will be available both online and for Windows and Macintosh versions on 01/18/2018. Much of this is a function of the IRS.

Keep in mind that the IRS won't begin accepting tax returns until January 29. Click 2018 Tax Filing Season Begins Jan. 29 for the full story.

Everything is later this year because the IRS waited to see what was in the final Tax Reform bill that was passed in late December.
