My tax refund was sent to my green dot account from the IRS over 24 hours ago. Why is the money not on my card yet?

I prepared my taxes thru TurboTax online and chose the prepaid visa option. The IRS sent my tax return on 2/22/18 and the money hasn’t shown up on my turbo prepaid visa. I’ve NEVER had to wait HOURS for a direct deposit to go thru..

Sometimes it can take 24 hours for the funds to be confirmed and available on the card.
You can call the bank directly for a detailed explanation.
