My tax refund was offset by the DEPT of ED. I've submitted a hardship refund request. Has anyone gone through this process? how long did it take? Results?

Typically, your hardship must be for a reason such as the following:

  • You’ve received an eviction notice within the past 90 days
  • You’ve received a foreclosure notice within the past 90 days

Where did you find the form for the hardship form request? I am in need of filling this out and don’t know where to find it. Thank you.
