My state tax still shows "started"; It was filed in early March, along with Federal Tax which was accepted. What should I do with the State Tax?

(My Federal Tax was accepted on March 11)

try checking  your e-file status here, it should show your federal and state

Did you actually submitted your state taxes at the same time with federal?  Did you receive accepted or rejected email from state?    You can also try checking  your e-file status on the state website.

Yes, I submitted them at the same time. Never receive any email from state. Which state web site can I check the status?

Massachusetts (just search online, but only can find the info of checking Tax Refund Status, not FILE status)

I should have had mentioned that I relocated to WA now, no need to submit State Income Tax; but I have some income from MA in 2018.

is it possible that you did not submit your state return?  Try to e-file  your state again.    If you did not submit  yet, it will go thru, if you already e-filed earlier, Turbo Tax will tell you and you will not be able to e-file again.

It's sorted out now. Thanks.
