My state is sending a paper check because they don’t have a account and routing number for my direct deposit but I chose a turbo card? Why is my taxes not getting loaded on a turbo card.

This information can only be obtained from your State as to why they issued a paper check instead of using a direct deposit as requested. Three common reasons are:

1. The account must be in your own name, your spouse's name or a joint account.

2. The financial institution rejected the deposit.

3. Up to three refunds only can be deposited into a single financial account.

If none of these apply, contact your state for clarification.
