My Social is wrong on my W2. Cannot file before the April 15th deadline. Do not owe taxes Can I wait till I have new W2 to file?

Can you file taxes after April 15th deadline if you do not owe taxes and have an incorrect W2?

You can.  But you can also file an extension which is a better idea if you will be filing late. Click here to file an extension
