That's why I'm here too. My Federal says it got Accepted this afternoon but still no Advance. I called and the lady was saying it showed my State was Accepted and that Federal was Pending which is backwards. Then she did other stuff and told me it could take 24-48hrs but that seems crazy since they advertise 15mins is the typical time frame

See this resource for more information:

Offer details and disclosures for the Refund Advance program

The IRS is not officially accepting returns until January 29.

Even though mine says it been accepted by the IRS?

It's a test period before the 29th, so they might not recognize that for the advance.

Im in the same boat, we should have already gotten it by now. They better not take the $25 from my return since they falsely claimed we would get it 5 days early. That would be fraudulent.

And the IRS say my refund will be sent by the January 29th, So there is no possible way I will get it 5 days early since today is the 27th.

Here is more information on the 5 Day Early option: 5 Days Early

Please note: If your federal refund is deposited into your selected bank account less than 5 days before the IRS refund settlement date (the date it would have arrived if sent from the IRS directly), then you will not pay the 5 Days Early fee.
